In order to develop and improve the quality of human resources and build elegant and civilized Hanoi citizens in the period 2021-2025, Hanoi Metropolitan University, in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, organized a conference to summarize the training courses on Hanoi Studies for general education teachers in Hanoi.

On April 27, at Hanoi Metropolitan University, the handover and launch ceremony of the Hanoi Studies WEBSITE took place between THT Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (the unit responsible for design, engineering, and technology), Hanoi Metropolitan University, and the Institute of Hanoi Studies.

Ha noi hoc Digital Library is a repository of digitized knowledge, providing readers with a rich collection of resources on the culture, history, and people of Hanoi. Ha Noi Hoc applies advanced virtual reality technology to deliver vivid and immersive experiences of Hanoi’s culture, history, and cuisine. The application allows learners to explore historical sites and traditional craft villages through images, 360-degree videos, and digitized multimedia content. With features such as 360-degree rotation, zooming in and out, and destination selection, users can actively tour and study each area along predefined routes, making access to knowledge more engaging and effective.
